Foster Fam Fest
We are looking for very gently used/new clothing, as well as shoes, socks, and underwear (all three new only), in sizes fitting girls and boys from preschool to seniors in high school.
Donations are being gathered from July 6th to July 24th.
There are three drop-off locations during this time frame:
- Wolfgang Studio, 4601 NW Urbandale Ave, Urbandale
- Heartland Christian Counseling, 1701 48th Street, Suite 120, West Des Moines
- Soteria (two large bins in the lobby)
This event is for foster, kinship, and adoptive families in our area.
FAMfest will take place on August 7th from 10am to 7pm for foster and adoptive families to come shop the closet before school. There will be activities and goodies for the kids. We just ask that a proof of placement or licensing papers be presented to enter. All items will be free of charge.
